Our review team analyzes each site to ensure it complies with our guidelines. The process usually takes no more than 3 business days, but it may take longer in case of a high volume of requests. You will receive an email as soon as your site has been approved.

Yes, you can monetize multiple websites with the same account. Just make sure that each site complies with our guidelines.

What do I need to do to get my site approved?

Make sure you comply with all our guidelines, including having original content, real traffic, and an optimal user experience. The site must be complete, with a clear structure and no prohibited content.

Why is my site still pending approval?

It may be that the maximum expected time of 3 business days has not yet passed, which is needed for the team to complete all the necessary checks. If your site has been pending for more than 3 days, we recommend contacting us to check its status.

My site was rejected, can I apply again?

Of course, you're free to submit your site again, but make sure you've fixed the issues that led us not to approve it. You will have received an email explaining the reasons.

Statistics and Traffic

Why aren't the statistics updating?

Statistics are updated every 24 hours, at 2:00 PM according to the Italian time zone. If you notice a longer delay, it may be due to a temporary technical issue or an ongoing manual review of your traffic.

My earnings are not being calculated correctly

This can happen if the traffic is not valid, comes from suspicious sources, or if there are integration errors. Check that your ad code is correctly installed and that your traffic complies with our policies. If you have any doubts, contact us for a more in-depth review.

Payments

When will I receive the payment?

You can submit a payment request starting from the 23rd of the month. The payment will be received within the first 5 business days of the month following the request, provided that the minimum payout has been reached and the payment details entered are correct.

Can I change the payment method?

Yes, you can change it at any time from your dashboard in the "Payment Details" section. Make sure the details you enter are correct to avoid delays. The payment account holder must match the name registered on your account.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We can pay your generated earnings via bank transfer and PayPal. Payment receipt times may vary depending on the chosen method; for example, bank transfers can take up to 3-5 business days, while PayPal is generally faster.

I haven't received my payment, what should I do?

Check that your bank details have been entered correctly and that you requested the payment on time.
Depending on your country of residence, the payment may take up to 7 business days to be credited, as some banks perform additional checks before releasing the funds.
If you still haven't received the payment after at least 7 business days, please contact our support team.

Account Issues

Can I change the email associated with my account?

For security reasons, it is not possible to change the email.

I forgot my password, how can I recover it?

You can reset it by clicking on "Forgot password?" on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions.

How do I keep my account secure?

Make sure to use a strong, unique password. Don't share your credentials with anyone and enable two-factor authentication. Also, avoid accessing your account from unsecured public networks.

Ad units

Are the banners compatible with Adsense or other networks?

Yes, our banners are compatible with other advertising networks, including Google's, as long as you don't violate their policies.

Why can't I see the ad units on my site?

Make sure you have correctly added both the ads.txt file and the ad code to your site, and that your site has been approved.

Can I use the banners on other websites as well?

Ad units can only be used on websites approved within your account. Using them on unapproved sites violates our terms.

Where can I find my ad code?

You can find the code directly in your dashboard, in the "My sites" section next to the approved site.

Technical Aspects

How do I add the ads.txt file to my website?

Download the ads.txt file from your personal area and upload it to the root of your domain. This step is essential to validate your site with advertisers.

How do I integrate the ad units code into my WordPress site?

You can insert the ad unit code directly into your theme's header or use plugins such as "Insert Headers and Footers" or "Ad Inserter".

Can I use the ad units on multiple pages?

Certainly, you can place the ad units on all pages of your site, as long as the site has been approved.

Do ad units slow down my site?

Our ad units are optimized to avoid negatively impacting your site's performance. However, using an excessive number of ad units or implementing them incorrectly can affect loading speed. If you think the banners are slowing down your site, contact us and we'll help you optimize the setup.

Do you provide APIs?

Yes, we provide APIs to integrate our features into your systems. You can find the documentation in the API section within your private area.

Requirements and Policy

Which types of content are prohibited?

We do not accept sites with adult content, piracy, hate, violence, fake news, or any material that violates applicable laws.

Do you accept websites in languages other than English?

Yes, we accept websites in different languages, as long as the content is high quality and complies with our policies.

What happens if I use paid traffic?

Paid traffic is allowed only if it complies with our guidelines. Fraudulent traffic will result in account suspension.
